The Corporate Strategy Board
The Corporate Strategy Board is a membership of senior strategists from leading corporations around the world. Their charter is to uncover and profile leading practices in the formulation and execution of corporate strategy, and to chronicle the successes (and failures) of those who pioneer the most innovative and potentially pivotal approaches to strategy.
The Corporate Strategy Board has currently completed 3 highly regarded corporate venturing studies, on the following topics: "The New Venture Division" deals with the incubation of internally-generated ideas; a study on "Corporate Venture Capital" practices, managing equity for strategic returns; and "Staffing Corporate Venture Groups" which is relevant to both internal and external venturing. Conferences
