Tim Rohner

Tim Rohner is a former partner with DiamondCluster International and a leader in the firm's strategy and new ventures consulting practice. He brings two decades of management and technology consulting experience to his clients.

Tim assists clients in developing technology-driven business strategies and executing those strategies to deliver tangible business value. He works with clients in industries including technology, financial services, travel, publishing, distribution, retail and health care. Tim focuses on business functions such as market and product strategy, operations, procurement, information technology and customer service.

Most recently, Tim led the design and launch of entirely new business ventures for several large organizations as well as several start-ups. This included all activities for the market strategy, product design, funding, management recruiting and organizational processes.

Prior to joining DiamondCluster, Tim was with McKinsey & Company, where he counseled senior management on issues of strategy, operations and technology. While a significant portion of his time was spent formulating business and technology strategies, he also led several reengineering engagements in functions such as customer service, procurement, real estate, finance and information technology.

Tim holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant. He lives in San Diego, California.
